Estate Planning = Writing a will or setting up a Trust?

Estate planning is more than writing a will or setting up a trust account. You might want to think of it as a holistic approach to prepare your estate, so that your estate can be (a) liquid (b) easily distributable (c) has enough surplus to carry out your plans. I'll illustrated with some examples later on.
